I'm super excited to announce our first herbal class coming up on October 26th at our God's Green Earth All Natural Products retail store location in Gallatin, TN. As a certified herbalist and future naturopathic practitioner, I will help you positively identify, locate, and fully understand the amazing herb Plantain. Our class will teach you to make a first-aid plantain salve that is great for most any skin condition. This Plantain salve is potent enough for some of the most challenging skin conditions you will encounter, yet gentle enough for babies, and many animals! You will leave with a sample of our God's Green Earth Plantain salve, and a handout providing the plantain salve recipe we discuss, and other plantain basics that you don't want to forget. You will also learn to make a plantain poultice to relieve bee and wasp stings, insect bites, and itching when you're outside and have no time to wait. A medicinal body spray for sunburn, a liquid tincture for allergies, an infused oil for cooking, and plantain tea will also be introduced. We will also discuss using plantain leaves to extract mucus from the lungs. Plantain is an AMAZING MEDICINE, and this is an herbal introduction you don't want to miss!
